In the writing paper tab of the admin panel you can add your company writing paper. This writing paper typically contains your company logo and contact details in the header and footer of a page. Writing paper is selected when creating documents and prints the writing paper on the background of a document (for example a quotation).
Upload writing paper
Writing paper can be uploaded as a PDF file in A4 format in the admin panel. If you do not have writing paper of your company yet, you can easily add this by adding a logo and contact details in Word and then saving it as a PDF.
The writing paper can be multiple pages. The first page of the Pdf document will be used as the first page of the writing paper. If the amount of document pages is higher than the amount of pdf pages you have uploaded the last page of the pdf document will be used for the rest of the writing paper.
Example: when you add a writing paper with three pages, the first page will be used for the first page of a document, the second page of the writing paper will be used for the second page of the document and the third page will be used for the third and any following pages.
You can assign specific writing papers to specific documents. Select what documents the writing paper should be used for when you add the writing paper.
