The statistics module in Rentman focuses on the main topics of "Equipment" and "Projects". On the left side of your screen you can quickly select which topic you would like to look at.
By grouping a statistics based on a column, all lines with the same value are added together. Therefore you can easily see the full values per customer or project type.
Different types of filters make it possible to exclude specfic items from the calculation or base the cost assessment only on the selected equipment items. This can help you to gain detailed insight into the variety of equipment a specfic customers has been renting from you.
Select a fixed time period in the past or a period that is starting from today's date.
If a project is partially outside of the shown time period, the statistics are corrected in the following:
- Equipment: (Number of days used within the time period/ Total number of days used)
- Crew: Only the crew functions that lie within the selected time period are used in the calculation.
Saving a setting
If a setting has been selected, it is possible to save it by clicking on the "Save" button. By saving a setting the following options are saved for future usage:
- The selected statistic
- The grouping
- The time period
- The used filters
- Used columns
- Width, sortation and grouping of the list
