To create an account for online payment go to https://www.mollie.com and click on "Free sign-up.
After creating an account you will quickly realize that the website is only available in Dutch. A full English version will be available soon.
After having registered for the first time you barely need to return to "Mollie".
After registering the account you need to create a so called "websiteprofiel". You will then receive a code which you can use to connect Rentman with Mollie. To create this profile go to your Dashboard, select "Websiteprofielen" on the left side and click on "Nieuw websiteprofiel aanmaken".
After you have filled in and your data and confirmed it you will receive a code (Mollie API key, which can be used to connect your Mollie account to Rentman.
In the administrator panel (More information about the administrator panel) of Rentman you can connect your Mollie account with Rentman.
In the configuration tab under "Pay online (ideal / sofort banking)" you have the following options:
Allow users to pay invoices online: Select "Yes".
Mollie API key:Type in the code which was described earlier.
Payment method for payment: Choose which payment methods your customers can use for payment.
E-Mail Adress Notification: Insert the Email address to which the notification should be send.
After you have entered this data, click on "Save changes".
Adding the function to templates
After you have created a mollie account and connected it to Rentman, you can add the digital payment module to your documents.
To add it to your documents, open the desired document in the template editor. Then drag the Module "Online payment" into the document. After you have done that an orange bar will appear showing: "Pay invoice online".
When your customer clicks on the bar he will be able to choose between the following payment options.
