In the admin panel of Rentman you can select a repair manager. The chosen person will then receive a mail, every time a new repair is added for an equipment item.
Attention! If the repair manager adds a repair himself no message will be sent.
Adding a repair to an equipment item
The equipment module allows you to add repairs to equipment items. These repairs are saved based on the serial numbers. If an item needs to be repaired due to a defect, simply select the item, go to the tab "Repairs", add a repair and then choose if you want to remove the item from stock. As a result this item wont be available for usage anymore. If an item for example only needs to be repainted and can still be used choose "Item can be used". These options are essential to properly manage your equipment.
If you are on the Equipment screen of the Rentman App , you can add a repair by swiping left on the defect item. You then have the possibility to add a new repair.
