We have renewed and expanded the calendar synchronization. From now on it is possible to to synchronize projects based on a project filter. Therefore you are for example able to limit project synchronization to the projects you are the project manager off or to projects that have been confirmed.

So far the new calendar synchronization only supports the CalDAV protocol. At a later point we will also add support for Google Calendar and Outlook.
Assigning of shortages to projects
Shortages of equipment are by default shown in all projects. If two projects overlap in time and make use of the same equipment the shortage will be shown in both projects.
It is now possible to assign reservations of equipment to certain projects. Therefore shortages are not shown in all projects but only in the ones where not enough equipment items have been reserved.
If this functionality is activated, a shortage is only shown in the newest project that has been created.
This option is by default deactivated. You can activate it in the admin panel.
