In Rentman you can create three different types of documents:
Quotations and contracts can be created within a project. Invoices can be created within project but also in the main module "Financial". The basic functions for the creation of quotations and contracts are the same. The invoice creation process offers more detailed possibilities. The next support article describes the creation of quotations and contracts, while invoices are handled in a separate article.
Main module "Financial"
In the main module "Financial" you have an overview of all quotations, contracts and invoices. Documents that are marked red have not yet been paid and are past their due date.
On the upper right you can select which documents should be shown.
You can export your invoices in form of .csv documents to excel or ExactOnline. The desired invoices can be exported by clicking on "Export".
