Projects are the basis of Rentman. Within a project you can for example add Materials, schedule your staff, plan your transport and create invoices. Your projects can either be found in the tab "Projects" or "Calendar".
The "Project" provides an overview of your completed, ongoing and future projects.
If you select a project all its basic information will be shown on the right side of the screen. The type of information shown there depends on your user role. As an administrator you are able to see all information, with limited access however you might only be able to view information of projects you are planned in. The ability to see and download files also depends on your user role. More information about the different user roles.
With the help of the project filter your projects can be filtered. The filter can be found on the right side of your screen next to the "Information" bar. Filtering can especially be helpful if you only want to see projects that start on a certain day or have not been finished yet. Your projects can filtered according to this criteria:
Take into account that not all your employees have insight to all projects. It depends on the user role the employee has. The role determines which functions of Rentman can be used. More information about user roles.
