Projects can be grouped and filled with different sets of default information and settings with the help of project types.
In the Admin panel you find the tab 'project types'. This tab provides options to change the default project types. Project types are selected when creating a project and fill a project with default times and settings.
Project types consist of two parts:
- Default settings for templates, writing paper, billing moment, color and name.
- Default times that are added to the times tab of a project.
At a rental job you want pick-up time and delivery time automatically entered. Projects with a longer period of time should be marked with another color and need default tasks like "Check venue" and "Create drawing".
In your project overview (project module) you can additionally filter according to project types by selecting to only see a specific project type and not the other ones.
