You can create Rentman accounts for all your employees and freelancers. Afterwards you can plan these employees into your projects. Your employees can then login to rentman themselves and see for which projects they have been planned. Additionally you and your employees can immediately see when they are available and when not. If an employee is planned for a project he/she will automatically receive an Email, if you did not turn this function off.
Afterwards you can give every employee individual rights, which can be defined in the administrator panel. For every employee you can select which user role he/she has. You can for example adjust them in the way that a freelancer only has access to projects and tasks while a full-time employee can access all information.
