Work in projects
When opening a project the app gives the user all information needed, divided into four tabs. Information can be fully accessed, whereas the Rentman app’s editing options are limited compared to the web application.
On the bottom of the project’s screen you find four symbols/tabs:
- Project information
1. Project information
This tab contains the following information:
1.2 Contact person
1.4 Account Manager
1.5 Location: the location can be opened on Google maps to navigate easily to the desired location.
1.6 Notes: can be added by clicking the ‘add note’ button. When creating a note there are a couple of options to choose from: you can choose to show the note to power users only and the option to notify the account manager about the newly added note, or not.
1.7 Time schedule
1.8 Files: all files like quotations, invoices or pictures are stored and can be downloaded. Further it is possible to add a picture through the ‘add photo’ button.
This tab has the option to view all your planned material and to book items to location or back to warehouse.
2.1 View material: this is the material listed as prepared in the web application
2.2 Book items to location / book items to warehouse: the listed materials all show a selection box on the left and the amount planned on the right. One single click on the item books the whole amount of planned materials over to location, whereas every further click adds an extra item to the already booked items. By swiping a certain item to the left an item can be edited and a repair can be added. By clicking on the pen that appears one can alter the amount of the material. When booking your material from or to the location one can scan the items, select all materials at once and search the items. Don’t forget to save the alterations on the top right.
2.3 Add repair: the material list makes it possible to directly add necessary repairs. To do so just swipe to the left and click the repair button.
Now you fill in the options in the repair screen to add the repair correctly. You can add a serial number to connect the repair to an individual item and mention that the item should be taken out of the equipment or not.
This tab displays the crew scheduling and its functions and the planned crewmembers. It is possible to call crew members directly.
This tab shows the transport planning including the planned rides and its planned vehicles.
